# GitHub 账号申诉记录
|

|
|
## 当前状态
|
|
|
|
- GitHub 账号处于被封或受限状态。
|
|
- 已尝试通过手机号验证，但 GitHub 当前手机号国家/地区列表中未找到中国大陆 `+86`。
|
|
- 已通过邮件向 GitHub 发出账号申诉，主题为 `Appeal for Account Suspension`。
|
|
- 已创建 Codex 自动监控任务：`github`。
|
|
- 截至 2026-06-23 上午，多次监控 Gmail，暂未发现 GitHub Support 新回复。
|
|
|
|
## 核心问题判断

### 手机号验证
|
|
|
|
当前卡点不是用户操作问题，而是 GitHub 手机号验证入口未提供中国大陆 `+86` 选项，导致无法完成短信验证。
|

建议在申诉中明确说明：

### 申诉策略
|
|
|
|
- 如果已有 ticket 编号：不要频繁重复提交新工单，应在原 ticket 中补充信息。
|
|
- 如果没有自动回执或 ticket 编号：建议通过 GitHub 官方 Appeal/Reinstatement 表单重新提交一次。
|
|
- 每次补充材料时，只补充事实和证据，避免情绪化表达。
|
|
|
|

## 需要保留的证据
|
|
|
|
- GitHub 被封或账号受限提示截图。
|
|
- 手机号国家/地区下拉框无 `+86` 的截图。
|
|
- GitHub 用户名。
|
|
- 绑定邮箱。
|
|
- 申诉邮件原文。
|
|
- GitHub Support 自动回执或 ticket 编号，如果有。
|
|
- 账号正常使用记录，例如仓库、提交、Issue、Pull Request 等能证明账号用途的材料。
|
|
|
|
